Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, all sales are final and non-returnable.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sillygoose.ae@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds or resolutions may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Unclaimed deliveries

Products not reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
