1. About us
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of sillygoose.live and any order you place with us.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Silly Goose DMCC. "You" means the person browsing our website or placing an order.
2. Agreement to these Terms
By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or order from us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes take effect when posted, so please check this page periodically.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Our products
We sell freshly baked cookies and related items. Because everything is handmade in small batches:
- Product photographs are illustrative. Size, colour and finish will vary between batches.
- Availability changes daily. We may modify, limit or discontinue any product without notice.
- Weekend Specials and other limited items are available only while stocks last and only during the periods stated on the website.
5. Allergens
Our products contain allergens. Our cookies contain, or may come into contact with, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, sesame and soy. They are made in a kitchen that handles all of these ingredients, so we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen or of cross-contamination.
Weekend Specials and limited-edition items change regularly and may contain allergens beyond those listed above. Ingredients vary from drop to drop. Always check the individual product page for the item you are ordering, and if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or any other dietary requirement, please contact us on +971 58 673 3743 before placing an order and we will confirm exactly what is in the product you are interested in. If you are unsure, do not order.
6. Halal
Our products are halal.
7. Freshness and storage
We bake fresh to order. Cookies are best enjoyed on the day of delivery and should be stored in an airtight container. Best before three days from delivery.
8. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, including where the product is unavailable or has been mispriced, we cannot deliver to the address given, or we suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the site. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
9. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
10. Delivery
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges depend on the emirate and the delivery speed you select, and are displayed at checkout. Free delivery applies to orders of AED 150 or more within Dubai.
Timings. Delivery and pickup operate daily from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Orders placed after 9:00 PM are baked and delivered the following day. Orders placed outside operating hours are handled when we reopen, on a first-placed, first-served basis. During public holidays, please select next-day delivery.
Estimated times. Because we bake to order, delivery typically takes four to five hours depending on order volume and your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Third-party couriers. Delivery is carried out by third-party partners. We are not liable for delays that occur after an order has been dispatched.
11. Delivery addresses and failed deliveries
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment or villa number, street, area and city, along with a contactable phone number.
Where a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because no one was available to receive it, we are not obliged to redeliver or refund. Address changes requested after an order is placed may incur additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.
12. Pickup orders
Pickup is available free of charge from our kitchen at Kitchen Park, Tamweel Tower, Cluster U, JLT, between 12:00 PM and 9:30 PM daily. Please message +971 58 673 3743 at least 30 minutes before you arrive so your order is ready.
13. Cancellations and changes
Because we bake to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes before baking has begun. Contact us as soon as possible on +971 58 673 3743. Once preparation has started, an order cannot be cancelled or amended.
14. Returns and refunds
Our products are perishable. All sales are final and products cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sillygoose.ae@gmail.com or +971 58 673 3743, quoting your order number and including a photograph of the issue.
Where we accept that something has gone wrong, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds are processed within seven business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, deliveries not collected or received, issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery, or products stored improperly after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
15. Corporate and bulk orders
Corporate, bulk, event and custom orders may be subject to separate terms, including minimum quantities, lead times and payment schedules, which we will confirm in writing. Please contact +971 54 422 2778.
16. Marketing communications
If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails or text messages about our products and offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message frequency varies.
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any text message, or emailing sillygoose.ae@gmail.com. We will also honour any other clear request to opt out.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply. We are not liable for messages that fail to send, arrive late, or are misdirected. We may change the number or short code used to send messages. Messages sent to a number we no longer use, including opt-out requests, may not reach us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
17. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including our name, logo, product names, recipes, photographs, text and design, is owned by Silly Goose DMCC or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
18. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to transmit any virus, malicious code or material designed to disrupt it. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.
19. Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep our website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information will always be current. We may suspend or withdraw the site without notice.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, utility failure, supply chain disruption, government action, or public health measures.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
